Commercial Electrical Service in Northwest Arkansas
Repairs, lighting upgrades and maintenance for local businesses, plus commercial builds and tenant finish-outs.
Chapter 01
Keeping a working business running
A business can rarely wait on an electrical problem, and it can rarely shut the doors for one either. Pro Phase Electric handles repairs, lighting upgrades, panel improvements, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance for existing businesses around Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale and Fayetteville, so a flickering light in the shop or a panel that keeps tripping gets looked at before it turns into a bigger disruption.
Work in an occupied building is mostly sequencing: which circuits can go dead and for how long, what can wait for a slower stretch, and what has to be handled today. That is a conversation to have before a panel is opened, not after, and it starts with a phone call to (479) 287-3650 from a manager who can tell us how the space actually runs. Most of the company's work is residential, and the same electrician handles both.

Tenant finish-outs and commercial builds
A tenant finish-out lives or dies on sequence: rough-in wiring goes in before the walls close, and panels and lighting follow once they do. Miss a run behind the drywall and the fix means cutting into a finished wall, which is slow and expensive for everyone. The electrical has to be planned against the build schedule, not squeezed in around it.
For contractors and builders, Pro Phase partners on commercial builds, tenant finish-outs and remodels, providing wiring, electrical system installation, lighting and panel setup that meet code and keep projects on schedule. The work runs from new commercial construction to a remodel of an existing space, across Benton County and Washington County, with clear communication and a focus on staying on schedule.
The portfolio shows the range: a row of metal hangars wired by Pro Phase, and an office fit-out with LED toe-kick lighting under dark cabinets. Neither is a showroom. Both are working buildings, and both show the lighting, power and panel work that has to be right before anyone moves in. Browse the portfolio for more rough-in photos taken before the covers go on.
Chapter 03
The small things a shop or office needs
Not every commercial call is a build. Most are smaller: a broken fixture, an outlet that quit, a thermostat to install, a new run of data line for the office, or a safety check on a space you have just taken over. These are the jobs a working business needs done cleanly and without a fuss, so people can get back to what they do.
Jennifer Vashkevich had Pro Phase install an EV charger at her home and then fix an electrical outlet at her business, and she wrote that they were easy to schedule with, showed up when they said they would and left everything clean. If you want chargers for staff or customers, the same kind of install is done at businesses as well as homes.
New lighting is part of the list too, whether that means replacing tired fixtures in a back room or planning a full lighting upgrade for a floor. Inspections, installations and repairs for local businesses across the Northwest Arkansas area all start the same way: describe what you see, and what it needs gets worked out from there. Quotes are free on request, and the hours are Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
