Ceiling Fan & Lighting Installation

Ceiling fan and fixture installation, LED and accent lighting, and lighting repair.

Chapter 01

Lighting that changes how a room feels

Good lighting is mostly decisions made before anything gets mounted: where the eye should land, what needs to be bright and what only needs a glow. Pro Phase Electric installs ceiling fans and lighting fixtures tailored to the room, and the portfolio shows the range: LED cove lighting washing a timber-and-glass great room, pendants over a kitchen, recessed cans in the ceiling, lights on a staircase, toe-kick strips under dark cabinets, and string and step lights on an outdoor deck.

Each of those is a wiring job first and a design choice second. Cove strips need a clean spot for the power supply and a plan for dimming, step lights have to be run before the stair is closed in, and deck lighting has to be built for the weather. Presley Curry has been in the trade since 2006, and the rough-in habits that come with that, tidy runs, labelled circuits, connections you can still reach, are what keep a showpiece lighting scheme serviceable around Lowell, Rogers and Bentonville.

Fans hung on boxes rated to carry them

A ceiling fan is a heavy, moving load, and the box it hangs from matters as much as the fan itself. A standard light-fixture box is not built to carry a fan swinging overhead, so a proper install starts by confirming what is actually in the ceiling and moving to a fan-rated box and brace when it needs one. That is the unglamorous part of any ceiling fan job, and it is the part that decides whether the fan stays steady and quiet for years.

From there it is the details you notice every day. The blades are balanced, the fan and its light are switched the way you want, whether that is separate wall switches or a single control, and the canopy sits snug against the ceiling. Whether it is a bedroom in Springdale or a black fan over a kitchen island like the one in our own gallery, the goal is a fan you forget about because it simply works.

Chapter 03

Lighting Repair when fixtures flicker or quit

Flickering bulbs and faulty fixtures are symptoms, and swapping the bulb only tests one theory. Lighting repair here means finding the cause: a failing fixture, a worn switch or dimmer, a loose connection at the box, or a problem further back on the circuit. The goal is to restore brightness and function fast, and to tell you plainly what was wrong instead of leaving you to wonder whether it will come back next month.

Sarah Comi's Google review says Pro Phase showed up on time, explained everything clearly and cleaned up when finished, and that is the standard we work to on a lighting call at your house too. A room that goes dark on one switch, a fixture that hums, lights that dim when an appliance starts: describe what you are seeing to Presley at (479) 287-3650 and he will help work out whether it is the fixture or the wiring behind it.

“showed up on time, came fully prepared with all the equipment needed, and got right to work”, Kimberly Hutcheson, Google review.
