Residential Electrical Service in Lowell and Northwest Arkansas
Flickering lights, dead outlets, fans, fixtures, panel upgrades and full home projects.
Chapter 01
Making Your Home Safe and Bright
Most calls from Lowell, Rogers, Bentonville and Bella Vista start the same way: a light that flickers, an outlet that went dead, a fuse that blew, a breaker that keeps tripping. Each one feels like a small annoyance, which is exactly why people live with it for months. Electrical trouble that comes and goes is the kind worth calling about, because the symptom you notice is rarely the whole problem.
Behind those symptoms there is usually a short list of causes: a loose connection at a device or in the panel, a circuit asked to carry more than it was built for, or an old switch or receptacle that has simply worn out. Faulty wiring or a badly installed device can do more than inconvenience you, it can start a fire, so this is not a weekend DIY job. Presley Curry has been in the trade since 2006, and if it keeps coming back, call (479) 287-3650 and describe what it does.

A service call starts at the circuit, not the part
A good service call starts with the circuit, not the part. Find out what is on it, open the box, and test before anything gets replaced, because a brand new device on a bad connection fails again in a month. The repair goes at the cause: a wire re-terminated properly, an overloaded circuit relieved, or a worn switch swapped when it really is the culprit.
Ceiling fans and light fixtures get the same discipline. A fan is heavier than a fixture and it moves, so it hangs from a box rated to carry it, gets balanced, and is wired to the controls you actually want, whether that is one wall switch or separate control for light and fan. Dead outlets, flickering fixtures and adjusted wiring all follow the same order: find it, test it, fix the cause.
Customers notice the rest of the visit too. Sarah Comi wrote that Pro Phase explained everything clearly and cleaned up when finished, and Kimberly Hutcheson said Presley came fully prepared with all the equipment needed. That is the standard the small jobs are held to, from Springdale to Fayetteville to Pea Ridge. A tidy finish is part of the job, not an extra, and it is the detail people bring up afterward.
Chapter 03
From a single outlet to the whole house
Pro Phase Electric works for homeowners across Northwest Arkansas on everything from small electrical fixes to full home electrical projects: panel upgrades, lighting installation, outlet and switch repairs, new wiring, ceiling fan installation and troubleshooting. One electrician for the repair and for the remodel means the person wiring your new kitchen already knows what is sitting in your panel. It is the same electrician whether the job is one outlet or a whole floor.
The work with builders carries over, too. Pro Phase has provided residential electrical service for anything from tract homes to custom designed homes, so houses of every age and every layout are familiar ground, from a subdivision plan to a one-off custom design. That range shows up when a repair turns out to be bigger than it looked, because the person on the ladder has already seen how the house was put together.
When the answer is a bigger one, a panel that has run out of room or a sub panel for a new shop, the circuits are planned before anything is opened. Hope Carroll called about a problem, was told a sub panel was completely required, and wrote that it all works great. The directory gets labelled so the next person who opens the panel knows what each breaker runs.
As Sarah Comi put it in her Google review, they “showed up on time, explained everything clearly,” and “cleaned everything up when finished.”
